The Alternative Archibald and Wynne Prize Selection
Returning to Adelaide exclusively at David Roche Gallery, Salon des Refusés, features over 50 remarkable works of portrait and landscape paintings. Known as the popular alternative to the esteemed Archibald and Wynne Prize at the Art Gallery of New South Wales, Salon features work not selected for the official exhibition but rather those recognised for their quality, diversity and experimentation, offering insight into contemporary art practices, different approaches to portraiture and responses to the landscape.
