Meet Reggie, a Boxer who lives in my neighbourhood with brother Clarie. My extreme close-up image of Reggie was taken after a favourite toy rolled out onto the footpath. The determination on Reggie’s face is captured as he looks through the gate in anticipation of playing ball. The focus of his portrait is to show his characteristics, eagerness and hope. My composition, with the iron framing Reggie’s face, draws attention to his striking facial features and personality in those eyes!
