Waves of Joy

This black labrador lives for beach days and loves crashing through the waves to chase a stick thrown by his favourite human. But with age catching up, he might not be able to traverse the sand and surf with such enthusiasm for too much longer. His owner wanted to capture this joy before it’s too late, so I braved the cold Tasmanian coastal waters to get this lower angle on a moody early morning. A de-saturated, cooler tone edit puts the focus on the dog, giving him an almost angelic aura.
